As I have not heard anything from my lawyer for over a year, I thought that I might not need to go through the lawsuit anymore. I have been very busy to deal with the life and lessons I have to learn in Seattle, however, Spirit did not forget what I needed to learn, they had patience and knew what they were doing (LOL). Sixteen months later after I had moved to Bellevue, WA, I got a phone call from my lawyer in early April of 2007, he told me that I needed to fly to Philadelphia to attend my deposition. He explained the procedure and what it could be.
At the end of April, I flew back Philadelphia to attend the deposition. It was held in Philadelphia a law place. Before we went there, my lawyer explained what questions the lawyers who represented my ex-bosses would ask. Since I was suing my ex-boss as quite pro quo, and my ex-boss denied our sexual relationship, I had to go through the deposition to allow their lawyers to question me about our intimate relationship.
My lawyer made sure I knew that I could be asked for all possible nasty questions that their lawyers could ask. He warned me that this deposition could be very tough but I had to answer all questions as much as possible. In other words, all things regarding to my intimate relationship, including the sexual activities with my ex-boss were be exposed to all people who were attending the deposition and I had to face all embarrassment no matter how I felt about it.
On the other hand, I was very fortunate to have a very understanding lawyer, he met me at his office that morning of my deposition and went through all the possible happenings during the deposition and prepared me for the embarrassing questions. The most importance is that he truly believed in me and encouraged me to stand up for myself and to speak my truth no matter how hard and how embarrassing I may face. His understanding and supporting was very meant something to me.

Step by step, I gradually learned what I should value the most. I have learned to make choice from my heart but not from the external criteria. Finally I have reached this level to clear what has buried in my soul. By going through this process, I have been going through the soul purging, I have to heal my deepest wound and to learn to establish my own inner authority. I have to learn to be truthful to my heart, to stand up for myself, to speak my truth quietly and clearly with love, to do service with a pure heart, without the desire for recognition and reward.
This is a long journey of learning and growing experiences. The process is not easy one. Many nights I could not sleep. Many nights I was woken by pain in my body as the deep buried emotions coming to the surface through my physical body. Many moment I had to face my own darkest part, no matter whether I was scared or not. I can not count how many times I just wanted to run away and nobody could find me. Many times I was so scared by what has been brought out from my deep within and rather not to face it. Many times I had to struggle with my Self to face the deep pain, sadness, depression, anger and hatred. It is too many to be counted.
Thanks to the masters and Spirit for their unconditional love, for not giving me up and for never stop loving me. I slowly moved on with the struggle in each step of my development. At end, I no longer desire for any recognition or power or social status, but just want to serve with an open heart.
I have changed so much in this process, even though for most time in my experiences the change is painful and not easy as I faced the painful past life memories, fought my Self and ego. I gradually have learned to leave the past behind so that I can truly move forward. But one thing I know for sure that I have changed to be a much better soul who has gained so much understanding and the peace with that understanding. As I continue evolving, I am sure my lessons are also unfolding. The learning is also evolving. The growth will also never stop.

Before I came to the earth plane in this life, I choose to learn heavy lessons in the area of relationships, not only all type of relationships with human interaction, especially the one on one intimate relationship, but also with animals and nature as well. I have chosen to learn to be softer. Although I have been a female figure in many incarnations, but I have not learned to be gentle, to be softer without losing my power; I either allowed others to control me completely but buried so much anger within me, or I controlled others and treated others badly. Either way is not the way to bring peace, harmony, joy and happiness into my life. Therefore, in this incarnation I have determined to work out the karma I have acuminated in this area and bring balance back into my being.
In my whole life, I hardly have very close friends. Being without friends was bothered me greatly when I was young. I wanted to fit into my age group and wanted to be liked by my schoolmates, but for somehow, no one ever was close to me. I wanted to be good friend with some classmates whose family were on the high social status but ended only had one friend whose school grades were not good, in other words, who was not “academic smart”. She was the only loyal friend I had in my primary school even though I had excellent grades. She was always with me and supported me. Unfortunately, our relationship was ruined by the event that she was infected by head fungi and she in turn infected me by using her comb on my hair, so we both had Scalp Ringworm and had to go to hospital in the capital city of our province for the special treatment. Because of that, my hair was shaved and my head was exposed to intense x-ray for 40 minutes in order to kill all fungi on my head. I had to go to school with a shaved head and was laughed badly by kids in our school wherever I was. I also developed bad headache. My health was also gone down.
When my mother found out that I got the Scalp Ringworm from her, she did not want me to be with my friend anymore. So I lost my only friend. Although I was “academic smart” and had very good school records, it did not buy me friendship with classmates. I was most of the time playing alone. I was very good at gymnastics without anyone teaching me. I was also good at sports so that I was selected to swim team in Sports School, which helped me greatly in my loneliness after school time.

After we completed our transition to Spiritual world – our true home, we have a thorough rest in the reception area. Then it is time of our life review for our earthly incarnation. The purpose of life review is to self examine what we have learned from our earthly experiences; have we fulfilled our contract for this incarnation? Have we created karma because of our action or reaction to others or the choices we have made? We can not truly move on into spiritual realm until we have done our life review.
When we are on the earth plane, most of us live in the illusion created by the earth plane. Because of the illusion and our SELF – the animal survival part of us, we are so wrapped into the illusion that most of us have forgotten the true purpose of our incarnation and have forgotten that we are body. Mind and Spirit. The soul, the Spirit is the true and eternal part of us. Our true home is not on the earth plane but in the spiritual realm. We think as if the life we have on the earth plane is the only and real life. The people we are connected with are our truly family and the only ones we have, so that we cling to everyone or everything we are close to and we dear to. We can not see that they are all created by our perception and we live in our own hologram! We live in our own illusion!
People we are connected to on the earth plane are not the same family as we have in spirit. They are only souls who are the actors and actress in our play that we set up for ourselves before our incarnation. Their purpose in our life is to assist us to pay our karma; balance our karma; work out any issues or unfinished business; and learn our lessons that we have set up for ourselves so that we can achieve our soul’s growth. At the most, we will be able to free ourselves from the earth plane and end the wheel of reincarnation on the earth plane.

When I look back this experience, I did learn that I should never ever have conditions in helping others. I should never force my own thoughts and ideas to others because I helped them. Help is help, it is from an open heart and willingness to help, there is no condition, no attachment and no demanding. Although I had experienced and learned what I should not do the same thing to others, but I did not apply this to my own daughter as I did not consider that she was an individual soul, totally different from me. Of course, I was wrong!
My daughter was a very sensitive child. She was very space and not well grounded when she was a little girl. She lived in her own world of fantasy and did not pay much attention to her surroundings. She was so different from her classmates as she did not show any interesting or competitive desire in her study or whatever she was doing. Because of this, I was so worried about her how she could survive in such a competitive society in China. Therefore, I forced her to study a lot of things, painting, piano, violin, etc., but she hated all of them, she cried every time she went to the class. Of course, she was always the worst student because she hated it. She was too young to against me, but she did it in her own way.
I tried and failed and did not know what to do about it. Finally, I decided to come to the US in the hope that she would do much better in this country and environment.
In the first few years in the US, we had a very difficult life. We did not know anybody and nobody knew us either. We had to start from the bottom of life to build up our life in the strange land. Even so, I saved all I could to send my daughter to learn painting and violin. These were all private lessons and they were not cheap. But I determined to give her the best education I could give no matter how difficult life I had. I did this because I thought it was the best for her and her future. I did not know that she had her free will and her life path was not meant to be a painter or violinist.

We, as human being, live in a free will planet. Because of the free will, we are free to make choices. Whatever choices we make is for our souls’ learning and growth on the spiritual level. Because of the choices we make, we have to learn to take full responsibility for our choice and its consequences. There is no right, no wrong, only experiences; there is no punishment even if we have made “bad” choice. As long as we can learn from every choice we have made, it is a “good” experience as it has enabled our souls to learn and grow from that experience. Often, the most learning and growing we can achieve for our soul is from the “bad” choice or the mistake we made. In this sense, the “bad” choice or “mistake” has turned out the best learning experience. This is life all about – choices and experiences for soul’s spiritual growth.
However, even though we can freely make choice, what choice we have made does make differences in our life, sometimes, could be a very big difference. Because of this, it may take a life time, even quite a few life times to go through and get where we are destined to be. How can we tell what choice is better than others? We don’t, there is no standard to follow as one man’s truth could be another’s folly. We are all unique individuals. We have our own lessons, karma and destiny to be learned or fulfilled. We can not follow anyone but our own truth. How can we tell what our truth is? The only place holds our truth is our heart.
Our Spirit resides in our heart. By following our heart, we follow our Spirit, so that we are able to choice what is the best for ourselves and for our soul. Often we don’t know if we have made the right choice, however, by following our heart to make choice, it can never be wrong as it is always for the betterment of our soul even though it maybe at times a difficult or not easy choice.

As one starts their spiritual development and is in the higher spiritual energy for a period of time, one begins to raise one’s vibration. One of the phenomenon of one’s raising vibration is that one starts releasing past life energy. What is buried deep within oneself for many incarnations is starting coming to the surface. The environment, the people and the things in one’s life starts to act as the trigger to bring these deep buried emotions or past life energy to one’s awareness so that one can release and let go of it. In this way, one is raising his/her vibration and is able to move forward spiritually.
Most people who were in the picnic were in their spiritual development. They were all experiencing the emotional clearance with people who were in their life or their environment at that time around. Sometimes when the past life situation was created, it could be very overwhelm to deal with it. Therefore, while they were dealing with their life lessons and issues, they could be caught up with confusion and emotional drama. They talked to me about that and they wanted me to talk about it. As they were talking to me, I realized that I should offer them a course to help them have the awareness and understanding about what they were going through was really about and how to deal with it. So, I told them the idea what I was just given. They were all very excited about it and immediately signed up for the still forming but upcoming course. By then, I knew why I needed to go to the picnic because I needed to teach them how to do emotional clearing which was given during the picnic!
This was the beginning for me to teach Self Healing, but my focus was on emotional clearing at the beginning as I was still not clearly aware that I was going to teaching Self Healing at that moment. This was a ten-week evening course and I used my own experiences from the past 7 years of non-stop and intense releasing and clearing of my past life energies, lessons and issues. All the students were my past students. I should say, this was a very good experience, training and preparation for me to teach others about Self Healing. I have learned so much from this experience.

This broke his heart. He was very angry towards his partner with bitterness and self abandonment. In this regression, she saw herself was wondering on the street, did not care about anything anymore. He just walked and walked with endless anger. Finally he became a beggar and died on the street due to anger destroyed his health.
During this regression, she was able to identify her current kidney dysfunction is from that past life. Once she works on release this anger, she will be able to restore her health. However, in order for this to happen, a lot of healing work needs to be done on her. Luckily, her partner in this life is a powerful healer and she has chosen to come back to help her. Unfortunately, she was trapped in that past life pain, too painful to handle it, so that she could not stand for her partner’s energy, she did not allow her partner to do any healing on her, so she chose to break up the relationship with her partner and to go through her process alone.
I feel sad when I heard this news. I don’t know how she is doing now as she has chosen to cut off any relationships and live alone again. Although I am saddened by her choice, but this is her choice and her life, I can not judge and criticize her but respect and accept her choice.

Obtaining past life information is very important step to help us understand our current life situation, the people in our life, our lessons and issues, as well as our karma. I have received enormous help from Margaret and Karen in the past 7 years which has enabled me to release my past life energy and to move to a higher vibration in such short time.

Most often, our lessons are tied with our past lives hand by hand in order for us to work out our past life energies and change our past life habits or patterns. If we have not learned in our past life time, we will create retrograde in our natal chart, and then the lesson becomes harder. Each time we run away from our lessons, we add one layer on top of the other layers for the same lesson. The more layers we have, the harder the lessons become.
A few years ago, a man walked into our center and determined me to help him in his marriage. When he walked into our center, he was desperately trying to find a rescue for his current marriage. This was his 7th marriage in this life time. All the previous marriage were ended up by all his ex-wives left him for they felt that he was too much attached to them.
The man was heart broken and consumed by all his ex-wives. He could not understand why they left him. He was a very giving and caring husband. He was not smoker or alcohol drinker. He gave all his money to his ex-wives and he could give his life for any one of his ex-wives. He said that all he wanted was that they could love him back for what he loved them. I believe him as he had such soft, gentle, giving and caring energy. But here again, his 7th wife wanted to divorce him again in his 2 years marriage. The reason his wife gave him for the divorce was that she could not stand for him to give him fully to her. She wanted him to have his own life and to do things for himself.
The man could not understand why this was the his wife’s reason to divorce him. He said to me that he would do anything for his wife; he would give up his life for her as he loved her very much. But unfortunately, she did not want his love the way he gave her. She wanted him to have his own life.
Therefore, I guided him into the past life regression. During the regression, he found out that in all his marriage or relationships with women in his past lives which were given in his past life regression, he was always giving and doing everything for them. As a result, he had lost his own individuality and identity in these relationships. He basically lived their lives in his past lives. In this life, these souls came back to help him to live a life for himself. In order to make him to do so, they all left him when he started to live life for them. For him, they were all cold blood, and did not appreciate what he did for them at all. They did not want him to do anything for them. Some of his ex-wives even told him that they wanted him to be himself and to do things for himself. But he could not to do so.

In Maitreya’s newsletter, one of the topics he emphasized the most is past life energy. He states that the majority of humanity on the earth plane lives in past life energy. In our live, we live 85% of our energy in past life energy. In other words, we keep repeating our past lives and struggling with it, which have caused a lot of emotional turmoil, and difficulties in our life. We carry the emotional garbage with our life on and on but most of us even do not realize it. Ironically, we can not live a life we desire until we have cleared the past life energy; we can not move forward to higher vibration and higher consciousness if we still live in the past life energy.
The purpose of our life is for our soul’s growth spiritually, to free our soul from the earth plane and to return to spiritual world, which is our true home. The earth plane is not our true home but a school of life, providing experiences we choose for our souls to learn and experience, we then grow from these experiences if we have learned from them. The life plane each soul has chosen before he/she was born is recorded in Astrology, – the natal chart produced the moment we were born.
Life is a game, a play. Each soul is the star in their play of life. All the souls around them, – parents, children, friends, boss, associates, colleagues, etc., – are the supporting players who come to assist the star player to learn the lessons, to pay the karma that the star player has chosen to learn from it before coming to the earth plane. Therefore, all the players (souls) around are the mirrors which are reflecting something the star player needs to see and to learn as some issues and lessons we brought back are buried within us too deep to know.
By acting and reacting out through the souls around us we are able to connect to the energy we brought back to deal with. Instead of reacting out based on our own emotions, we ask the question,” Why do I react to that person? Why do I react to that situation? What do I need to be aware from it?” Then, pay attention to our inner feelings or inner voice, or signs, the answers will come to our consciousness later on, we will have the aha moment. In this way, we will be able to deal with the issues or lessons we have chosen much quicker. As the lessons are learned, the karma is paid and the trapped energies are released, we are able to raise to higher vibration and move to higher consciousness.
