First of all, I stopped judging or feeling bad about this person and the related work. Secondly, I decided not to take this matter personally but see it move objectively. Then, I asked myself: How could I help? I decided that instead of blaming or criticizing this person, understanding their situation, having sympathy and compassion to them. Therefore, I approached this person and offered my help in a very sincere way. surprised me that this person was far more pleased by my offering to help.
From this event, I have learned that I can make difference and create the positive reality by changing my habit, pattern, belief and conditioning. Anything and anyone in the outside world is only a reflection of my inner world. I can not judge, criticize and blame anyone for what I don’t like. They are only the mirrors for what I need to see and to deal with within me. I am the only one who is responsible for me, my life and my situation. The key to improve my relationships with others is to work on my self from within. Before I judge and criticize, I need to see the good, light and beauty in others. By doing this alone, it will help me be at peace with myself. If I can be at peace with myself, I will have peace with others, with the situation, with the environment.
This awareness is a revolution for me. This is going to change my old habit, belief, conditioning and pattern from my very being which I have carried for so many incarnations. Only by doing so, working on each aspect of me step by step, little by little, can I truly evolve to the soul who I truly am. I know that this will be an on-going process and will not be an easy one either. But with my good intention, patience, discipline, determination and perseverance, I can make the change. I am the only one to be responsible for my life. If I do not do it, nobody will do it for me.

Before I came to the earth plane in this life, I choose to learn heavy lessons in the area of relationships, not only all type of relationships with human interaction, especially the one on one intimate relationship, but also with animals and nature as well. I have chosen to learn to be softer. Although I have been a female figure in many incarnations, but I have not learned to be gentle, to be softer without losing my power; I either allowed others to control me completely but buried so much anger within me, or I controlled others and treated others badly. Either way is not the way to bring peace, harmony, joy and happiness into my life. Therefore, in this incarnation I have determined to work out the karma I have acuminated in this area and bring balance back into my being.
In my whole life, I hardly have very close friends. Being without friends was bothered me greatly when I was young. I wanted to fit into my age group and wanted to be liked by my schoolmates, but for somehow, no one ever was close to me. I wanted to be good friend with some classmates whose family were on the high social status but ended only had one friend whose school grades were not good, in other words, who was not “academic smart”. She was the only loyal friend I had in my primary school even though I had excellent grades. She was always with me and supported me. Unfortunately, our relationship was ruined by the event that she was infected by head fungi and she in turn infected me by using her comb on my hair, so we both had Scalp Ringworm and had to go to hospital in the capital city of our province for the special treatment. Because of that, my hair was shaved and my head was exposed to intense x-ray for 40 minutes in order to kill all fungi on my head. I had to go to school with a shaved head and was laughed badly by kids in our school wherever I was. I also developed bad headache. My health was also gone down.
When my mother found out that I got the Scalp Ringworm from her, she did not want me to be with my friend anymore. So I lost my only friend. Although I was “academic smart” and had very good school records, it did not buy me friendship with classmates. I was most of the time playing alone. I was very good at gymnastics without anyone teaching me. I was also good at sports so that I was selected to swim team in Sports School, which helped me greatly in my loneliness after school time.

Message from Maitreya, Newsletter #88: “It Does Not Matter Who You Are!” ctober 4, 2003
There is no status in spiritual realms. It does not matter who you are, or what you have done. Each soul, on passing into the spiritual realms, has to go through the same ritual. That ritual is to be welcomed back home, to rest after life’s journey, and to then “face the hall of mirrors.”
Many souls believe that, because they have done good in this incarnation or given money to good causes, it will pave an easy path for them in the spiritual realms. Yet, no soul is given preference or status. Each soul is treated the same. The murderer and the king both stand side by side, waiting to return home. Yes, it may seem very strange, but that is the way it is. All souls choose their own way of learning their life’s lessons, and all, at the end of their life, stand side by side, no different from each other, souls who have achieved their destiny and who are ready to return home.
However, the level of vibration you have achieved on the earth plane is very important to you. The higher you have raised your vibration, the easier it is to adjust to the world of the spiritual realms and return home. For those who have lived the illusion their entire lives, they find it very hard to let go of that illusion. Because of the close proximity of the spiritual realms and the return “home” from the earth plane, many souls find it hard to believe that they have actually died. For many souls the illusion still exists, and it takes some while before the illusion wears off and the truth is finally revealed.
When you pass over, the spiritual world is so like the earth plane! It is the true world of illusion on a higher level. Whatever you believed on the earth plane about life when you die becomes a reality. If you believe there is a man sitting at a gate waiting to judge you, it is so. If you believe in the devil and have such fear of this, it becomes what you see on your passing over. If you believe there is no life after death, then the shock for you is even greater. These souls cannot believe they ARE dead and, for them, the passing over is even harder. There are a team of many, many souls, who work in this area, who are there to help those that pass over to our side. They are loving souls who only have compassion and love, and who very gently assist these people to let go of the belief which has permeated their soul memory, their spiritual consciousness. Only when one has faced the hall of mirrors can one finally move into the higher realms and dimensions where there is only awareness and where all illusion is gone. It is truly a wonderful place. So many of us do not know that we have held so much deep grief and emotions towards our loved ones that we not only hold ourselves back, but also we hold our loves ones back. We do not realize that it is these deep buried emotions that have brought us back together again and again in order for us to break our karmic ties and clear the emotional energies between us.
Letting go and forgiveness are the most important keys to enable us to evolve as a soul spiritually. Whatever has happened in the past, it is already done and it is the past. We can not do anything about it. Hold on to it can not solve any problem but only holds everyone whoever involves from moving forward. All we can do is to learn from our past experiences and to do it better when we have another chance. We are our own worse enemy. We judge, criticize and punish ourselves. We do all these to ourselves, not anyone else, not spirit, not God.
Forgive, let go, have compassion and unconditional love to ourselves as well as to others. This is the only way we can truly move away from anything that stops us from moving forward, and from reincarnation. I always say to my students that if we truly don’t want to meet someone in our future incarnation again, the way to get out from it is not to hate them but truly love them. If we hold any negative emotions onto anyone, even though we don’t want to meet them or to be with them anymore consciously, but for sure that we are going to meet them again in our future incarnations because the emotional ties will bring us back together again so that we can work out these emotions and issues between us. Unconditional love and true compassion are the keys to set us free from the wheel of reincarnation. Therefore, hate no one and hold onto nothing, we will achieve the true freedom of our soul. We make the choices and we create our own reality. It is totally up to us. We are alone responsible for our life. What life do we truly want to have? Think about it thoroughly, then put it into our action, and watch it to be manifested.
The following is one of the Maitreya’s newsletter for you to read. Please enjoy it. You can read more his messages from www.Maitreya-edu.org.

Not only the people that we are connected to are here to help us learn and grow spiritually, but also the roles we play in the society and in our life are also the means and tools for our soul to experience the soul learning and growth. However, because most of us are not aware of the true meaning and purpose of our life, we are so attached to our loved ones, our family, our culture, our job, our title, our social status and our wealth. We pay so much attention to what other people would say if we do something different from others; how would other people see us if we are different. We evaluate our success based on our degree, title, popularity, money, social status, people’s like or dislike. As a result, we lose our true identity as who we truly are. We live a life as someone else or for others. We no longer feel what is in our heart and what we truly want to be. We have forgotten that everything and everyone are only here for us to learn and experience from, but not for us to hold on to…..
When we are ready for life review, our guardian will take us to the hall of mirror, the place where we are to review our earthly life. When we arrive at the hall of mirror, our guardian will stay outside and wait for us to go through our life review alone.
There is no judgmental and punishing God waiting for us. We alone are responsible for judging ourselves for what we have achieved or what we have done wrong in our earth life. When we are standing in front of the mirror, our whole earth life will be simultaneously playing out in front of us so that we can review it. We not only see the choices we made and their consequences, not only to ourselves, but also to others, personally or collectively. We will also see our actions and reactions as well as their impact on us and others. Only we can tell if we have finished our life contract; if we have created karma. Then We make decision if we need to come back to the earth plane again and what karma and lessons we want to work out in next incarnation, as well as how we are going to work it out.

After we completed our transition to Spiritual world – our true home, we have a thorough rest in the reception area. Then it is time of our life review for our earthly incarnation. The purpose of life review is to self examine what we have learned from our earthly experiences; have we fulfilled our contract for this incarnation? Have we created karma because of our action or reaction to others or the choices we have made? We can not truly move on into spiritual realm until we have done our life review.
When we are on the earth plane, most of us live in the illusion created by the earth plane. Because of the illusion and our SELF – the animal survival part of us, we are so wrapped into the illusion that most of us have forgotten the true purpose of our incarnation and have forgotten that we are body. Mind and Spirit. The soul, the Spirit is the true and eternal part of us. Our true home is not on the earth plane but in the spiritual realm. We think as if the life we have on the earth plane is the only and real life. The people we are connected with are our truly family and the only ones we have, so that we cling to everyone or everything we are close to and we dear to. We can not see that they are all created by our perception and we live in our own hologram! We live in our own illusion!
People we are connected to on the earth plane are not the same family as we have in spirit. They are only souls who are the actors and actress in our play that we set up for ourselves before our incarnation. Their purpose in our life is to assist us to pay our karma; balance our karma; work out any issues or unfinished business; and learn our lessons that we have set up for ourselves so that we can achieve our soul’s growth. At the most, we will be able to free ourselves from the earth plane and end the wheel of reincarnation on the earth plane.

I told him the story of my father and how he went back to spiritual world and how he came to visit me when I was taking Master of Metaphysics Advanced Course with Margaret/Maitreya. I also told him how my father did not believe life after death and why I called him and what I told him the day before he passed over. My Ph.D. professor listened to what I was saying carefully and he asked me what one should do when that moment came. I told him the same words as I did to my father, “Just look for light and follow the light”. I told him, the light is the way for soul to safe journey home – the spiritual world.
My Ph.D. professor listened and smiled. When I saw this, I knew that my job was done. Right at that moment, we were told that his daughter and son-in law needed the visitor’s pass card to come into the hospital to visit him. It was time for me to leave. I left with the relief that I have delivered the message from Spirit to him when he needed it.
A month later, right after my 54the birthday, I heard the news that he passed away peacefully. I did not go to his funeral but I sent him love and gratitude from my heart. I knew that he has gone back to spiritual world safely.
So many souls on the earth plane are so afraid of death. Only if they know that death is a transition to another phase of our life, can they be able to release the fear. Many souls are trapped in the astral world because of fear and not knowing that death is not death but simply just meant the end of earth incarnation and the new beginning will soon begun.

Many souls are trapped in the astral world because of fear and not knowing that death is not death but simply just meant the end of earth incarnation and the new beginning will soon begun. These souls did not have the understanding about spiritual realm, therefore, when they were out of body, they did not know what had happened to them as they could see their physical body died but their soul was still alive. They could see their loved ones and their emotional reactions to his dead physical body, but the loved ones could not see them, hear them or feel them.

When we die and how we die is up to our own choices we have made before we were born on the earth plane. We choose the way we die and how we die based on how it can help us work out our karma and fulfill the soul growth. It is totally up to our own free will choices. We also have three opportunities to die or to live continually on the earth plane. We choose the age of death.
What happens if we kill ourselves before our life contract is fulfilled? We will come back to live the rest years of our life contract. No matter how many years are still remained, we will come back to live those years to fulfill our contract, then we go back to spiritual world. This is why we have people die at all different ages. Then we can make new contract and move to next learning experiences.
Our spiritual life is a continuing and lasting journey for soul perfection. We are eternal as a soul. Each earth incarnation is only a learning period of our soul. Once we have finished the learning, we will then leave our physical body and go back to our true home in spiritual world. Then we prepare another incarnation for another learning experience till we are finally able to free ourselves from the wheel of reincarnation and from the earth experiences. Our physical body dies as each incarnation is completed, but our soul’s evolutionary journey is continuing and ever lasting no matter wherever we are, on the earth plane or on the other planets in the universe.
Therefore, we should never be afraid of death as it is only a transition and back home journey. With this understanding we should see our life differently and live our life differently. We should no longer hold onto the material possessions and earthly achievement but focus on the development of our inner being, our soul, the spirit part of us, to live our life to its full potential for the experiences of our souls growth and expansion.

Therefore, it is very important and necessary to be aware of our thought patterns and the way we think; be aware of the influence from others, our culture, environment, beliefs, habits, etc. In order to make the energy constantly flow through all of our bodies, we need to think positively, communicate positively, accept positively. Once we are aware of our thought pattern, we can then start to work on change it.
Affirmation can break the negative thought pattern, change the negative energy. The more affirmation we say and repeat, the more we change the energy, eventually it will shift the energy and start manifest things we desire in our life from negative to positive.
Speak our truth quietly and clearly with love is another way to express our thoughts and make the energy flow out of our mental body, not create blocks. If something we can not express to someone, write a letter to that person honestly about what we feel and how we feel to release all in our mind and emotions. Then destroy the letter. We can write many times until we feel the energy we want to express is completely gone, then, write another letter with love, honesty and gentleness, send to that person, or we can talk to that person directly without any negative thought or emotions.
The next step is to pay attention to our emotions, learn to allow our emotions flow instead of repress them and keep them inside of us. Emotions are the root problems of our repeated incarnations. The Self part of us reside in our emotional body, use our emotions from past lives and this life to stop us from moving forward to higher vibration, higher consciousness and move away from earth incarnation.
Fear is the most common negative emotion in our human society. Not only our own individual fear, but the collective fear, is the negative force to trap our whole humanity in the darkness.

I did not realize that I had some deep issues connected to perfectionism until recently as I began to clear some very deep past life patterns I have carried over many incarnations. In this incarnation, I always wanted to do thing perfectly, if I could not, at least I wanted to try my best. I never thought this was an issue. In contrast, I was very proud of me for doing so as I considered it as an attitude of being responsible. I did not want let anyone down, furthermore, I did not want anyone to find fraud in my work. If there was something wrong, I would blame myself for a long time. My mind would run over and over again to review the mistake that how I could not realize it and how I could make such mistake. I would try all I could to fix it, if I could not fix it, I would try to cover it up so that no one would know and I would not take any blame. Many times, actually no one blamed me but I would blame myself for a long time, I simply could not forgive me for making any mistake. I actually was my own worst enemy.
Because of this tendency, it has become an ingrained habit. I always wanted to be the best. I always wanted to be praised by my bosses, colleagues, co-workers and friends. If I did not get the attention I needed, I would be very upset, which could ruin my good emotions for a long time. Ironically, I could not talk to anyone about it either as I did not want anyone to see my weakness and imperfection! As a result, I was always one of the best students, workers, employees, etc. wherever I was, whatever I did as if I worked my life for it and I have lived my life for it. Of course, I also paid my price for keeping this high standard – I hardly had close friends, and I worked very hard to keep up the high standard. My life was very heavy. I was very serious. Life simply was not for me to live and enjoy but for me to perform!
